We did it again! Team India captained once again by our very own Dr. B. were crowned 2016 Nations Cup Masters Division Tournament Champions. Congratulations Team India captained this year by our very own Dr. B. in winning the 2014 Nations Cup Soccer Tournament Masters Division. The Nations Cup is recognized by players and spectators alike as one of the foremost amateur men’s and women’s soccer tournaments in Western Canada. This year’s tournament took place July 18, 19, and 20, 2014 in Richmond, BC.

Dr. Badyal and the staff at the Downtown Wellness Centre would like to welcome Dakota Johnson to our city. Dakota will be starring in the highly anticipated screen version of “Fifty Shades of Grey” which was filmed in Vancouver and is to be released in February 2015.

The Downtown Wellness Centre is pleased to announce that our Chiropractor, Dr. Raminder Badyal, has been successfully nominated as a Medal Bearer in the Cross Canada Rick Hansen Relay celebrating the 25thanniversary of Rick Hansen’s Man in Motion World Tour. 
Dr. Badyal successfully ran his segment of the relay on Monday May 21, 2012 in Vancouver. Thank you all for your kind support.

Dr. Badyal presented and facilitated a discussion on “Healthy Foods for a Healthy Spine” at this year’s Nourish Retreat featured at Cornucopia Whistler 2013. The mission of the Nourish retreat is: “to create a space for anyone and everyone to explore and enjoy sustainable foods and lifestyle choices, enhancing our health and deepening our connection with the earth that feeds us”. Pictured is Dr. Badyal with Allison Hunter and Samantha Halliday, organizers of the Nourish retreat.

Dr. Badyal was featured in episode 104 of the Oprah Winfrey Network series: buy.o.logic. The program features everyday tips on health and wellness for its viewers. Dr. Badyal was asked to provide expert advice in the effects of posture and postural strain on our spine and overall functional health.

Congratulations to the Temple United FC captained by our very own Dr. Badyal in winning the FVSL Master’s Cup. Pictured is Dr. Badyal with Kam Chahal, Manager of Temple United FC.

Our office is now “Tough Mudder Approved”! Dr. Badyal successfully completed the 25 obstacles amongst the approximately 18km of running up and down the hills of Whistler Olympic Park.
